Mont Blanc - Base with a special crust and custard. A soft sponge, half candy chestnut and a soft chanity cream. Topped with brandy chestnut paste.

Macha Red Bean - Two layers of special green tea sponge sandwich with shanity cream and a special home-cooked red bean paste. Topped with chanity cream and decoration.

New York Cheese Cake - A layer of homemade biscuit base, filled with Philadephia cream cheese mixture with citrus flavour. Topped with homemade biscuit crumb.
